Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains when an order may be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

Changing a pickup

Contact Tolrant as soon as possible to request a different pickup date, address, or window.

Changes are not guaranteed after a driver has already been dispatched.

Customer cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before driver dispatch may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled after driver dispatch may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee.
  • Orders cannot generally be cancelled after laundry has been collected or processing has begun.

Missed pickups

If laundry is not available, access is blocked, or the customer cannot be reached during the pickup window, Tolrant may charge a missed-pickup or rescheduling fee.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Service problems

If Tolrant cancels an order or cannot provide the agreed service, amounts paid for unperformed services will generally be refunded.
