1. Agreement to these terms
By using Tolrant, booking a pickup, creating an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Do not use the service if you do not agree with these terms.
2. Tolrant services
Tolrant provides laundry pickup, transportation, wash-and-fold processing, order tracking, customer communication, and return delivery.
Some services may be completed directly by Tolrant or by independent laundry and delivery partners.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, address, and pickup information.
- Make laundry safely available during the selected pickup window.
- Remove valuables, money, jewelry, electronics, and personal documents.
- Identify special-care, delicate, or non-machine-dryable garments.
- Do not submit hazardous, illegal, contaminated, or biohazardous items.
4. Pricing and payment
Standard wash-and-fold pricing may be calculated by weight and may be subject to a minimum order amount.
Bulky items, specialty items, excessive soil, and special-care items may have separate pricing. Applicable fees will be displayed or communicated before the final charge whenever reasonably possible.
5. Pickup and delivery estimates
Pickup windows, turnaround times, and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur because of weather, traffic, equipment problems, customer availability, order volume, or other circumstances outside Tolrant’s reasonable control.
6. Lost or damaged items
Customers must report a missing or damaged item promptly after delivery. Tolrant will review the circumstances and available order records.
Any reimbursement may be limited by Tolrant’s published Laundry Care Policy and applicable law.
7. Refused items
Tolrant may refuse items that are hazardous, excessively contaminated, infested, unlawful, unsafe to transport, or unsuitable for normal machine washing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tolrant is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
Tolrant may update these terms as the service evolves. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page.
